Capacitación en la detección precoz de la violencia de género:  enfoque científico desde lo artístico

Resumen

Objetivo. Proporcionar herramientas para identificar los diferentes tipos de Violencia de Género (VG), evaluar los conocimientos de los profesionales sanitarios y conocer sus emociones tras una acción teatral sobre VG. Metodología. Se realizó un estudio transversal, observacional y descriptivo. Participaron 42 profesionales: 16 respondieron voluntariamente un cuestionario de 13 preguntas. Los datos fueron analizados en frecuencias y porcentajes. Resultados. El 66,3% eran enfermeras, 62,5% trabajaba en atención primaria en Alicante, y 81,3% llevaba más de 20 años en el sistema sanitario. Tras la actividad, un 75% consideró que podría identificar más tipos de VG y el 93,8% opinó que es necesario mejorar en este ámbito. La emoción predominante fue la frustración, reflejando una falta de conocimientos. Conclusión. Se constató la necesidad de proporcionar más formación y herramientas para identificar la VG y el impacto emocional de la experiencia en los profesionales, destacando la frustración signo brecha entre conocimiento y práctica.

Abstract

Objective. To provide tools to identify the different types of gender violence (GBV), evaluate the knowledge of health professionals and understand their emotions after a theatrical action about GBV. Methodology A cross-sectional, observational and descriptive study was carried out. 42 professionals participated: 16 responded to a 13-question questionnaire. The data were analyzed in frequencies and percentages. Results: 66.3% were nurses, 62.5% worked in primary care in Alicante, and 81.3% had been in the health system for more than 20 years. After the activity, 75% considered that they could identify more types of GBV and 93.8% thought that it is necessary to improve in this area. The predominant emotion was frustration, reflecting a lack of knowledge. Conclusion: The need to provide more training and tools to identify GBV and the emotional impact of the experience on professionals was noted, highlighting the frustration sign gap between knowledge and practice.
