Resumen

El relato biográfico de José Manuel, diagnosticado de mieloma múltiple y trasplantado de médula ósea, supone adentrarnos en una historia de superación y aprendizaje. Su narración emociona por cada momento vivido y por las experiencias que ha tenido que pasar, tan duras, pero a la vez, tan enriquecedoras. El objetivo de este estudio es explorar de primera mano, a través de la entrevista, las vivencias de una persona cuya salud se ha visto resentida, para poder comprender así, el significado real de la vida. Se ha seguido una metodología cualitativa que permite extraer del discurso del informante la importancia de sus palabras, la forma en que lo transmite y lo que se desprende de la conversación. Sin duda alguna, una historia de vida vibrante que te hace reflexionar sobre el presente y futuro, pero, sobre todo, sobre los desafíos que te vas a encontrar a lo largo del camino recorrido.

Abstract

The biographical story of José Manuel, diagnosed with multiple myeloma and undergoing a bone marrow transplant, means entering into a story of improvement and learning. His narration is moving for every moment lived and for the experiences he has had to go through, so hard, but at the same time, so enriching. The objective of this study is to explore first-hand, through interviews, the experiences of a person whose health has suffered, in order to understand the real meaning of life. A qualitative methodology has been followed that allows us to extract from the informant's speech the importance of his words, the way in which he transmits it and what emerges from the conversation. Without a doubt, a vibrant life story that makes you reflect on the present and future, but, above all, on the challenges you will encounter along the path you have traveled.
