Interesante y novedoso artículo ¡Enhorabuena!, creo que es importante mantener un estilo de vida regular en cuanto a ritmos de actividad-reposo, exposición a la luz durante el día, horario de comidas y contactos sociales, no obstante, el envejecimiento es un periodo de la vida vulnerable que, a veces, dificulta mantener una franja de estabilidad en los cuidados diarios.
