Resumen

Objetivo principal: Conocer los beneficios que la intervención musical incluida dentro de la actividad enfermera aporta a los pacientes con Alzheimer. Metodología: Se ha realizado una revisión bibliográfica narrativa estructurada a través de una búsqueda bibliográfica en las bases de datos nacionales Biblioteca Cochrane Plus, Cuiden Plus y Biblioteca Virtual en Salud e internacionales CINAHL, Proquest, ScienceDirect, Pubmed y PsycINFO, Resultados principales: 27 artículos, agrupados según afinidad del contenido, fueron seleccionados para llevar a cabo dicho estudio. Conclusión principal: De la revisión de estos resultados se pone de manifiesto la necesidad de realizar más investigaciones en lo referente a terapias alternativas utilizadas en enfermería. Aún así los estudios actuales destacan los beneficios que la intervención musical genera en los pacientes con Alzheimer.

Abstract

Objective: Know the benefits that music intervention included within the nurse activity contributes to Alzheimer's patients. Methods: A structured narrative bibliographic review was carried out through a literature search in the national databases Cochrane Plus Library, Cuiden Plus and Virtual Health Library and international CINAHL, Proquest, ScienceDirect, Pubmed and PsycINFO. Results: 27 articles, grouped according to content affinity, were selected to carry out this study. Conclusions: A review of these results shows the need for more research regarding alternative therapies used in nursing. Even so, current studies highlight the benefits that musical intervention generates in patients with Alzheimer's.
